On a lighter note, we finally managed to make a deposit for the apartment we wanted. They called it the waiting list deposit, which turns into part of our initial security deposit once we are secured a place. If not, it's a full refund. (Crosses fingers) Just a 2 bedroom/2 bath for September, please!
Still on the fence about the potential 4th roommate.
